At WXN, we inspire smart women to lead, and over the past 10 years, we have celebrated the accomplishments of 728 remarkable female leaders, inducting 93 of these women into our Hall of Fame. These women, in turn, have inspired us by reminding us that nothing is impossible.

The theme for this year’s Top 100 Awards is ‘What Glass Ceiling?’. We ask this question with the full knowledge that there are still obstacles women face that men don’t, but at the same time, we think it’s important to show just how far we’ve come. The 100 women honoured at this year’s Gala are proof positive that change is happening. As trailblazers, they have moved to the top levels of their respective fields and overcame obstacles to get to where they are now: among Canada’s Most Powerful Women.

Hear inspirational stories of how these women overcame obstacles, accelerated business growth and reached their goals. Take away strategies for your own career, leave with a new perspective and take your leadership to the next level. The ‘Glass Ceiling’, for these women, has become obsolete and we must recognize that a good leader is quite simply, a good leader.
