Drawing on the experience and talents of our Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100™ award winners, WXNWisdom II gives high potential young women the opportunity to take their careers to the next level through a one-year structured program.WXNWisdom II matches Top 100 winners with women who are looking for the opportunity to be mentored by the most successful and influential women in Canada. Each woman will meet with her mentor once every three months for one year. In addition, the program offers four classroom sessions as well as opportunities for peer networking. Delivered by Canada’s top business consultants, the classroom sessions take place once every three months in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Ottawa and Montréal.

Benefits of the WXNWisdom II Mentoring Program

• Opening Wine and Cheese reception with Wisdom II program alumnae, protégées and mentors.
• Four in-class sessions presented by Canada’s top business professionals, with 16 to 20 hours of classroom instruction.
• Four one-hour meetings with your mentor, one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award winners and alumnae.
• Build an extensive network of peers across Canada among protégées, alumnae and other WXN members.
• Ongoing guidance/support from WXN on managing the mentor/protégée relationship
• Help re-evaluate career goals as well as establish a career path
• Acquire new skills and knowledge to better compete for executive positions
• Access to WXN Protégée Alumnae Network and continued professional development activities after completion of the program.
• After completion of the one year program, protégées will be offered a complimentary WXN membership. (The administration fee of $50 will be waived.) Some of the WXN Membership benefits include:
• Advance notification of and priority registration for all WXN events including our: National Breakfast Series; Women’s Executive Forum™ professional development workshops; Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100™ Awards and Summit; Cocktail/Networking events; and other special events
