Below you will find our payment policies for all WXN events.
Terms and Conditions:
All prices are quoted in Canadian funds.
Registration Policy:
Payment must be received at time of registration by VISA or MasterCard. No tickets will be mailed to you in advance of the event: simply check-in at the registration desk when you arrive.
Cancellation Policy:
Breakfast or Luncheon: Upon receipt of registration and payment, WXN cannot issue refunds or credits for services already purchased. If you cannot make it to a breakfast or luncheon event that you have already paid for, please feel free to send a friend or a colleague in your place!
Professional Development Workshops: If WXN has received your registration and payment and you need to cancel for any reason, you have two options:
- Arrange for a friend or colleague to attend in your place OR
- Confirm, by e-mail to Karin Eaton at Keaton@wxnetwork.com, that you would like to cancel your registration. Cancellation is subject to the following conditions:
- If you cancel up to 10 business days in advance of the event, and you are a member or non-member, you will receive a full refund, less a $50 administration fee.
- If you cancel between 10 and five days in advance of the event, credit notes will be issued to members on a no-charge basis and to non-members less a $50 administration fee.
- If you cancel within five days of the event, no refunds will be issued. However, you will be eligible to receive a credit, which you can use on a workshop of equal or lesser value within one calendar year of your cancellation.
Privacy Policy: The information you provide us will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any person or organization outside of WXN.
