Membership Types

Women’s Executive Network (WXN) is pleased to provide Individual and Corporate membership.

Who are our Members? 

Membership is offered to managers, executives and professionals whose applications are approved based on WXN membership criteria.  To ensure that WXN members enjoy peer networking and professional development, key criteria is: number of years of full-time work experience (minimum 6 years) and scope of responsibility, personal income, and educational background.

Our members share a desire to learn, network, grow and to enjoy the challenge of increasingly responsible leadership positions within their private, public, and not-for-profit organizations. A snapshot of our current members reveals:

• Less than one-half (44%) of these executive women are 44 and under; while more than one-half (56%) are 45 and over
• Over 33% of WXN’s membership base is comprised of top tier decision-makers in their respective organizations
• Over nine-in-ten have an annual personal income of $75,000 or more (before taxes). Almost seven-in-ten (67%) have an annual personal income of $100,000 or more. Almost four-in-ten (36%) earn more than $150,000 annually, while 20% earn $200,000 or more
• Close to eight-in-ten (76%) have completed university degrees. More than one-in-three (40%) have undergraduate degrees only; one third (32%) have also completed Masters Degrees and 4% have completed PhDs
