WXNWisdom Mentoring programs can help you advance in your career and life. Our three unique mentoring programs give you access to an outstanding network of women in business, not-for-profits, government— all aspects of the economy— and provide ongoing learning and professional and personal development.
Mentoring Programs
Imagine being able to consult your own personal board of directors, or group of executive coaches. Join a WXNWisdom Peer Mentoring group to enhance your leadership skills, share business strategies and connect with other female leaders with similar challenges and career objectives. Members form groups of eight to 10 women who come together five times over a six-month period with a trained facilitator to exchange ideas, make strategic contacts, and receive guidance and feedback. By creating a personal advisory board and facilitating peer-coaching, the Peer Mentoring program helps participants achieve personal and professional goals.

Take your career to the next level with our WXNWisdom Top 100 Mentoring program. WXN matches high-performing women with mentors from our outstanding community of Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winners. This one-year structured program offers four one-on-one meetings with a mentor, more than 20 hours of classroom instruction through our education partner, The Beedie School of Business, as well as opportunities for networking, improving personal productivity, and creating a professional plan for career success. |
