Pamela Jeffery began her career as a government relations and communications strategist. Prior to launching a successful public affairs consulting firm in Toronto in 1994, Pamela enjoyed a career as one of Canada’s ‘too few’ female lobbyists after serving as a Political Advisor in the Ontario government. Recognized by the National Post as a “communications wizard,” she also served as a Communications Advisor to Prime Minister Martin.
Pamela holds an MBA and an HBA from the Ivey School of Business. She taught government relations strategy in the MBA and Executive MBA Programs at the Rotman School of Management from 1992-2001.

Kiersten has oversight of financing and budgeting, human resource management, member sales, event operations and integrated marketing in Canada and Ireland. She is the Program Leader for WXNWisdom, Breakfast Series, Evening Cocktail Series, Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 and Ireland's Most Powerful Women: Top 25. She was actively involved in the launch of the Canadian Board Diversity Council (CBDC) and served as a member of its Secretariat from 2009-2010.

Melanie was born in London, Ontario, and grew up in Toronto. She earned an Honours BA in International Relations and Spanish from King's College at Dalhousie University, and an MSC in Comparative Politics from LSE (The London School of Economics). Following her studies, she worked for 5 years for the Paris-based World Association of Newspapers, where she held a number of positions in the press freedom and media development department. Prior to returning to Toronto, she was running operations and marketing for the Dublin-based iMedia newspaper consulting group. Among other interests, Melanie is an avid traveller and between work and holidays, has traveled to dozens of countries in Europe, Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East and Central America. |

| Linsay Moran | ||

After earning an Honours BA in Political Science at the University of Western Ontario, wanderlust led Linsay to move to London UK. While in London she worked for an event production company, supporting the management of events in venues such as the Natural History Museum and Kensington Palace. She also worked for the Royal Society of Medicine, producing events and meetings for members and medical professionals in a variety of capacities. Influenced by the loss of a close friend to cancer, she spent 5 years managing a variety of events and projects for both Willow Breast Cancer Support Canada and the Canadian Cancer Society. Throughout her time in the not-for-profit sector she further developed her strategic thinking and focused on her inherent ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the country. Linsay was born in Northern Ireland but grew up in rural Ontario. She enjoys working to improve her golf game, skiing with friends and family and always looks forward to her next travel adventure.

Leanne holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario, is a certified Myers Briggs trainer, has received certification from Adler International in the Foundations of Coaching and Coaching in the Context of the Workplace and is a member of the HRPA working towards her CHRP designation.

Leah was born in a small town outside of Calgary, Alberta and has moved a total of 12 times throughout her life. Now settling down in the big city of Toronto, she has vowed never to forget her small town charm – a quality that continues to win over her coworkers and clients. Leah’s education and work experience ranges from marketing and advertising to event planning and promotion. She began her studies in General Arts at Fanshawe College, and later excelled through a condensed Advertising Programme at Sheridan College. Her ambition and hard-working mentality ensured that she left the programme with a diploma and a spot on the Honour Roll. After working in the retail industry for several years, Leah developed her communications and leadership skills with a direct marketing agency, where she raised awareness for the non-profit organisation Child Find. When Leah is able to find spare time, she enjoys spending it up north at the cottage and is pleased to have finally learned how to wakeboard after five years of anticipation. |

After graduating with a degree from Ryerson's Radio and Television Arts program, Alfa Hilwan has applied his talents towards several rewarding endeavours. He unleashed his passion for sports as a Senior Producer for TSN's Sportscentre and NHL programs, also writing columns and copy for TSN.ca for seven years. From there he travelled the world, managed escalations at BMO/Nesbitt Burns, and passed on knowledge as a mentor at Bell and The Law Society of Upper Canada before joining WXN in 2011. As WXN's Program Development Manager, he proudly works alongside the team in Program Development, creating inspiring and informative events for members and their guests. He is thrilled to bring the best speakers to WXN’s podium and is honoured to be working with some of the nation’s elite minds. |

Jessica grew up in Toronto where she competed nationally in Downhill Ski Racing and enjoyed extensive travel and team building opportunities. She later earned her Honours BA in Sociology from the McGill University. Previous to her role at WXN, Jessica worked in Marketing, PR and Events in the Travel & Sporting industry. She is also a committed volunteer for Soup Sisters Organization, providing homemade Soups to a Women Shelter in Toronto. Jessica has travelled throughout Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. She enjoys staying active and spending time at the cottage with family and friends. |

Rochelle is a proud Ryerson University alumna, having earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Global Management Studies and a Certificate of Proficiency in French. She was heavily involved in the community as twice-elected Director of Business Management on the Ryerson Commerce Society Board of Directors and Vice President of Events for the national Ted Rogers Management Conference. Rochelle is the recipient of numerous academic and leadership awards. She hopes to pursue a Master’s Degree in the near future. In her role as Executive Assistant to Pamela Jeffery, Rochelle assists with the day-to-day business administration for both the Women’s Executive Network and the Canadian Board Diversity Council, in addition to working on a number of special projects. She is the Secretary to the Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Advisory Board, leading the Award Nominations process. Rochelle is a dedicated dragon boat paddler on the Outer Harbour Premier Women team and was formerly a member of the Ryerson Dragon Boat Club. |

Melissa grew up in Oakville, Ontario competing at a national level in gymnastics and diving where she quickly learned that juggling an active lifestyle and thriving under pressure was her strong suit. After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours BA in Communications and Global Studies, Melissa found her passion for events, travel and international development as a We Day team member for Free The Children. In this role Melissa helped bring together thousands of North American youth, educators and honoured guests with notable talent to make a positive difference locally and globally. She then led 30 young adults to Kenya to build a classroom and create awareness on prominent social justice issues. |

Born in Toronto, Andrée is a graduate of Glendon College, York University. She is trilingual, with French and English being her mother tongues and Spanish being her third language. During her time at Glendon she was also the French Assistant Editor for the bilingual student newspaper, Pro Tem, as well as a member of the Dance Team and served as the Community Outreach Coordinator - Arts & Fundraising for the 16th annual International Studies Symposium on Hispaniola. Most recently, Andrée was the Communications and PR Intern at Journalists for Human Rights before moving over to the Women's Executive Network as the Marketing and Communications Intern. Still a part of the WXN team, Andrée is now the Québec & Program Development Specialist. She is also a Director on the Friends of Glendon board. Andrée holds a Bilingual Honours Double Major Bachelor of Arts, International Studies, Hispanic Studies as well as a Certificate of Trilingual Excellence from Glendon College, York University. |
