With only 12% female representation on FTSE 100 boards, Helena Morrissey figured it was time to call in the heavyweights and commit to a realistic target if there were to be an improvement. Within 18 months of launching the 30% Club to bring levels of women on boards up to that number, she had over 50% of the FTSE 100 Chairmen aboard the campaign.
