Dublin - May 23, 2013,GMT ![]() With only 12% female representation on FTSE 100 boards, Helena Morrissey figured it was time to call in the heavyweights and commit to a realistic target if there were to be an improvement. Within 18 months of launching the 30% Club to bring levels of women on boards up to that number, she had over 50% of the FTSE 100 Chairmen aboard the campaign. She was right to convert the captains of industry: since the 30% Club launched in 2010 there’s been an overall rise of 4% in the representation of women on FTSE100 boards.
